c) We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
2. Affiliate Services
a) For bookings made through our affiliate partners (e.g., hotels, flights, car rentals), refunds and cancellations are managed directly by these partners.
b) Each affiliate partner has its own refund and cancellation policy. We advise reviewing these policies carefully before making a booking.
c) Getaway Guides Travel is not responsible for processing refunds for affiliate bookings. Please contact the affiliate partner directly for assistance.
3. Changes and Modifications
a) If you need to modify a cruise booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur fees as per the cruise line’s policy.
b) For changes to affiliate bookings, please contact the affiliate partner directly. We cannot guarantee the ability to modify these bookings.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), refund and cancellation policies may be subject to change. We will follow the policies set forth by cruise lines and affiliate partners in such situations.

b) Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
